ESC09 - payment remittance

12th May 2009

Dear Regional Directors,

we are very sorry for sending the payment instructions this late, but we only received the list of ROs who will take part in our European Shotgun Championship yesterday. Please confirm the ability of these IROA members (from your country) to work at this match - see the attached list. The payment will then only concern your national shooters.
The ROs who want to shoot the Prematch along with the RDs will not pay the match fee.

1/ At this time are regions advised about the pre-allocated slots 
2/ we receive their request (by email) for more/less slots (to 20th Feb)
3/ slots will be redistributed and paid (to 30th May)
4/ passcodes for registration will be distributed to RDs 
	-> on-line registration will be started (from 1st Jun)
